Shino Bay Aguilera, MD, is a world-renowned, award-winning cosmetic dermatologist, dermatologic surgeon and cosmetic laser expert, and is dual board-certified with a fellowship in dermatology from the American College of Osteopathic Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatology. With more than 17 years of experience and ongoing advanced training in lasers and aesthetics, he is a clinical researcher, publisher, former chief medical director and current assistant professor of the dermatology residence program at NOVA University, assistant professor of dermatology at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Suncoast University and Universidad del Rosario, Bogota, Colombia. Dr. Aguilera is also a volunteer assistant professor of dermatology for the University of Miami and was appointed chief resident physician for both of his three-year residency programs. Kay Durairaj, MD, is an internationally renowned expert in facial plastic surgery and bioregenerative aesthetics. She specializes in non-surgical rhinoplasty, collagen biostimulators, facial contouring and advanced longevity therapies. Dr. Kay is the vice chair of Huntington Hospital Department of Head and Neck Surgery and the chair of the Minimally Invasive Section of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and serves on multiple scientific advisory boards. Dr. Kay holds extensive leadership roles, including scientific director for various global aesthetic conferences. Whether he's having a Viking funeral for the regrets of 21,000 people, hosting the world's first fake marathon or gaining a million TikTok followers in just 25 hours, Scheele is always on the lookout for crazy ideas that produce wildly outsized outcomes. Over the last decade, his projects have been featured by outlets such as Fast Company, WIRED, The Washington Post, Yahoo!, BuzzFeed, UpWorthy, Goalcast and more. His videos have been viewed more than 250 million times, and he has spoken to hundreds of thousands of audience members across the United States. More than anything, Scheele hopes his story can inspire others to chase their own crazy ideas and become the people they were meant to be.

Erika Barry, NP-C, aka InjectorBunny, is one of the top aesthetic injectors in the country. She serves as an international trainer and speaker for industry leaders such as Galderma, Revance and Evolus—where she’s also recognized as faculty—as well as for Cartessa and Reveal Lasers. She’s an esteemed trainer and has spent a significant portion of her career training top doctors, NPs, PAs, and RNs, both within the U.S. and abroad. Barry received her master's in nursing at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing in Baltimore. Following her time at Hopkins, she moved across the country to work at the University of California San Francisco, where she trained under some of the country’s leading plastic surgeons. Eventually returning to the D.C. metro area, Barry has worked with strategic business partners to open two state-of-the-art medical aesthetic practices—one in Potomac, Maryland, and the other in Georgetown in Washington. In addition, Barry has built a virtual community of injectors through Patreon, with subscribers from around the world tuning in to learn all things aesthetics. Through her page, Barry demonstrates injection techniques, showcases how to consult with patients, discusses business development and growth, makes product suggestions and lectures on anatomy. Launching her page in 2018, Barry was the first internationally recognized injector to start a virtual-learning platform for fellow injectors and medical providers looking to get into the industry, making aesthetics education easily accessible and affordable.

Julie Bass Kaplan, FNP-BC, CANS, began her medical aesthetics career in 1999 when she founded Disappearing Act Medical Aesthetics. Since then, she has devoted her career exclusively to aesthetic medicine. Kaplan has a special interest in teaching safe injection techniques. She is faculty for Palette Resources and a speaker/trainer for Allergan and Galderma. She enjoys sitting for various advisory boards and loves learning about new products and techniques. Kaplan is a published author for several medical journal articles and speaks at various international conventions. In addition, she has a private Patreon community, Jubilant Julie, where she enjoys mentoring injectors of all levels. Kaplan strongly believes this field of medicine is safer and stronger when providers from all disciplines work together, connect and share.

Join Rana Kennelly, AGNP-C, CANS, for an insightful presentation that delves into the growing conversation around dissolving hyaluronic acid fillers. Kennelly will explore the reasons behind this increasing trend, addressing patient concerns about looking overfilled and answering the question—do fillers really last for years? The session will provide a comprehensive overview of how to dissolve safely and when it can go wrong. By putting the current buzz into perspective, this presentation aims to enhance understanding among practitioners while providing optimal outcomes.

Alexander Rivkin, MD, facial aesthetic specialist and assistant clinical professor, is best known globally for pioneering and popularizing the non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure. In this course, Dr. Rivkin presents a comprehensive overview of non-surgical or liquid rhinoplasty: anatomy, aesthetic goals, techniques, adverse event prevention and management, as well as live or video demonstrations. Dr. Rivkin has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and chapters on non-surgical cosmetic treatments and serves as a lead investigator on FDA and NIH clinical trials on a regular basis. He frequently trains physicians from all over the world on optimizing advanced injection techniques and serves as an expert for national media, including the Today Show, The Doctors, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight and EXTRA. Dr. Rivkin divides his time between patient care, clinical research, physician education, media appearances and lecturing at scientific conferences throughout the world.

Dr. Surek is a board-certified plastic surgeon and internationally recognized facial anatomist. He is an assistant professor of anatomy at Kansas City University and clinical assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Surek is the founder and director of the Academy for Injection Anatomy, and he specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body, as well as non-invasive facial rejuvenation procedures. He has co-authored several book chapters and published original research in facial cosmetic surgery, facial anatomy and filler injection. Dr. Surek is also the co-author of Facial Volumization: An Anatomic Approach, an anatomy-based textbook for filler injections. Dr. Surek serves as a key opinion leader for several companies within the aesthetic industry and teaches cadaver-based facial anatomy courses nationally and internationally.
