Cosmetologists’ Campaign Successful in Modifying Proposed Legislation in Florida

The depth of proposed deregulation has reduced somewhat with the Esthetic License Reform in Florida
Word has just come from the Honorable Senator Kathleen Passidomo’s office regarding her sponsored Senate Bill 802 addressing Regulated Professions and Occupations that she has heard our pleas for leaving Cosmetology out of her sweeping deregulation. Here is an excerpt of an analysis of the proposed Bill in its current iteration.
