Second Indictment for Unlicensed LI Plastic Surgeon: AG

An unlicensed plastic surgeon who was already under indictment for assault, grand larceny and unauthorized practice of medicine was arrested again, authorities said Friday.
Brad Jacobs of Westbury, who was already charged with performing illegal surgeries on the  Upper East Side, was arrested on a 21-count indictment, according to Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
The charges surround “engaging in a massive disability insurance fraud and welfare fraud scheme,” according to a press release.
