The American Med Spa Association (AmSpa) is hiring! Two more jobs have been posted: Director of Membership and Jr. Sales Associate.
The AmSpa Director of Membership will be responsible for the development and execution of membership recruitment and retention strategies. This position will be responsible for providing the strategic direction and management of membership development, including recruitment, and retention to increase membership; the introduction of new and valuable benefits for members; and working directly with other departments in AmSpa, including Marketing and Events, to strengthen and increase current and future AmSpa membership. The Director of Membership will utilize industry statistics, AmSpa analytics, current membership trends and desires, and a commitment to customer service to strengthen AmSpa's membership program. Moderate domestic travel is required for this position. This position reports to the COO and CEO. Click here to learn more and apply.
The Jr. Sales Associate will be part of a three-person sales team that is responsible for the sale of exhibitor booth space, vendor tables, and sponsorships for all of AmSpa’s events; advertising for AmSpa’s quarterly publication, websites, e-newsletters and other digital properties; as well as other sales opportunities. This position is responsible for working with the AmSpa sales team to grow AmSpa’s sales and cultivate vendor relationships. The Jr. Sales Associate must be a self-starter and a team player who is willing and able to assist with AmSpa initiatives.
