Allergan Aesthetics has revamped its Allē Loyalty Rewards program. These changes may impact how patients interact with your practice, staff and the program—and it’s important that your entire medical spa staff is familiar with these changes and can communicate them with your patients.

Members will earn points per treatment visit for procedures with Allergan products, including Botox, Juvederm, CoolSculpting and CoolTone, Natrelle Breast Implant, Kybella, and DiamondGlow. They can also earn points on more than 50 non-Allergan products and procedures.

Allē members can exchange points for products and treatments once per calendar year. After earning 1,500 points in a year, members are invited to join the A-List and receive additional benefits, including:

  • Exchange points twice per calendar year
  • Exchange points for cash savings
  • Surprise offers
  • Priority support from the A-Line

Maven Financial Partners recommends pulling up the patient’s Allē account at check-in to help the patients determine their savings opportunities and opt-in for additional treatments if they are eligible for supplemental offers.

Allē members will soon have the ability to apply their points toward complementary product, covered by Allergan Aesthetics. How this impacts your administration costs for the practice is still in question, and Maven suggests considering process changes needed to accommodate patients taking advantage of free products.

Patients who are not currently Allē members can join prior to their appointment by visiting Alle.com/registration.
