A best friend is a cherished relationship, which is why you only want the best for them. That could mean the best doctors, the best deals and the best skin. The revamped Allē Loyalty Rewards program is offering all three through one of its newest features. Members can earn up to $50 for referring up to five friends with Allē Refer a Friend. Allē Loyalty Rewards is operated by Allergan Aesthetics, which owns Botox Cosmetic and many other aesthetic treatments, such as CoolSculpting Elite and DiamondGlow.

“Allē has had a loyalty program since 2020 and there was a predecessor program called Brilliant Distinctions that had been around for over a decade before that, so Allergan Aesthetics has had the market-leading aesthetics loyalty program for consumers for many, many years,” says Jasson Gilmore, Senior Vice President U.S. Aesthetics at Allergan Aesthetics. “The basic earn and burn points program has always largely been the same, but Allē started to become much more than just that kind of program—we've launched many things since 2020.”

The Allē Loyalty Rewards program is changing how members get rewarded. To determine how members wanted to spend points, Allergan Aesthetics turned to consumer research. They learned that Allē Members prefer receiving free products and services over a dollar off promotion toward their next treatment, which helped them decide how to restructure the program, aiming to not only boost customer loyalty, but also encourage long-term growth in the aesthetics field.
