AmSpa Members come together each Spring for four days of development, connection and growth at the Medical Spa Show. Get ready to grow together at the 2025 installment as we take a look back at last year’s aesthetic conference from a member’s perspective.

The AmSpa Members Reception

One of the perks of being an AmSpa member at Medical Spa Show is an invitation to the exclusive Members Reception. Thursday evening is dedicated to relaxing and getting to know fellow members after a day of pre-show education or travel.

What can you look forward to this year at the Members Only Reception? After a full day of pre-show education, meet new and returning faces in the Pavilion and toast to your accomplishments in the last year and your goals for the future. This breezy, coastal-inspired reception encourages you to shake off the travel energy, reconnect with your community and get ready for a weekend that will reenergize you for the year to come.

Since 2018, AmSpa’s Medical Spa Show has helped thousands of med spa professionals build and develop successful aesthetic practices through education, resources, peer networking, brand connections and a community that supports them long after they leave.

AmSpa members come to the Wynn knowing they will receive the highest quality business, legal and clinical education centered on non-invasive and minimally invasive medical aesthetics. The conference program brings education for everyone, from aestheticians to practice managers, injectors and business owners. Because of this, members often bring several team members, with groups of as many as 10 from the same practice!

Some members bring their team members strategically. They attend exciting courses that are being offered at the same time and swap notes later to maximize their in-person experiences. If they can only send one team member, they opt for the Virtual Education After Party to catch up on the rest of the education after the show is over.

Every year brings new and expanded courses in key areas of industry growth. At MSS 2024, that included half-day sessions centered on bioregenerative therapies, sexual wellness and practice management. Beyond the breakout sessions, AmSpa’s programming has evolved alongside the industry:

• 2021: Dr. Sheila Nazarian featured as keynote speaker. Virtual education made available, as Medical Spa Show became the first conference after COVID lockdown.
• 2022: Expanded to two full clinical tracks. Mergers & Acquisitions Summit introduced to Thursday pre-show offerings. Academy for Injection Anatomy brings its hands-on cadaver dissection lab to the Medical Spa Show Sunday session.
• 2023: CME is offered. Incorporating Sexual Health and Whole-body Wellness Into Your Medical Spa; Incorporating Diversity and Treatments for Skin of Color in Your Medical Spa are added to education tracks. Energy Device Master Class and Ultrasound Fundamentals for the Aesthetic Injector are added to Thursday pre-show education offerings.
• 2024: Treatment rooms introduced to highlight exhibitor brands. Building Investor Partnerships morning panel introduced.
• 2025: Keep checking back to see what innovations we have in store for 2025.

Between educational sessions, members learn about the latest treatments, technology and services. In 2023, 68% of attendees came to see exhibitors in anticipation of adding products or services to their practice. When members go to the show floor, they get to speak with representatives of leading industry brands, ask questions and discover whether they could support their business growth.

The expo hall in 2024 expanded 26.8% to help attendees connect with even more industry-leading brands and service providers. The coming year will bring even more opportunities for connection with exhibiting brands, including sponsored breakfast and lunch sessions, evening cocktails and more.
