The Medical Spa Show King Group Rate at Wynn and Encore: Wednesday, April 9 - $269++ Thursday, April 10 - $269++ Friday, April 11 - $369++ Saturday, April 12 - $369++ Sunday, April 13 - $269++ Must book on or before 5PM PST Tuesday, March 18, 2025 to secure discounted room block rate. The group block is limited, and early booking is encouraged as it is extremely likely the group block will sell out before the cut-off date. Limited Rooms at Encore. Please note that there is a charge of $40.00 per room per night for double-double accommodation at Wynn. A charge of $50 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy. Group rates will be subject to prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38%. Subject to change. An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. Guests are considered "checked-in" once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will be (1) full night room and tax at the original booked rate. All registered guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in. A daily resort fee of $35.00 (discounted from $50 if you book in the block) plus 13.38% tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. One night's room rate and tax will be charged at time of booking. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room rate and tax.
