  • Please note that there is a charge of $40.00 per room per night for double-double accommodation at Wynn. 
  • A charge of $50 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy. Group rates will be subject to prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38%. Subject to change.
  • An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. Guests are considered "checked-in" once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will be (1) full night room and tax at the original booked rate.
  • All registered guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.
  • A daily resort fee of $35.00 (discounted from $50 if you book in the block) plus 13.38% tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. One night's room rate and tax will be charged at time of booking.
  • A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
  • Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room rate and tax.
