Top Allergan Executives to Appear on Medical Spa Insider Podcast Next Week

Carrie Strom joined Allergan in 2011 to work on Botox Therapeutic in Urology and Neurology. In 2014, she took on the role of vice president, sales and marketing, U.S. Plastic Surgery and subsequently led SkinMedica marketing. Most recently, Strom was the vice president of marketing, Plastic Surgery and Regenerative Medicine, which posted a record high growth rate in 2017. She was instrumental in the $2.8-billion acquisition and integration of LifeCell. In May 2018, she was appointed senior vice president, U.S. Medical Aesthetics, overseeing the entire aesthetic portfolio, including Botox Cosmetic, the Juvederm family of fillers, Kybella, CoolSculpting, SkinMedica, Latisse, Natrelle implants and tissue expanders, Keller Funnel, Alloderm, Strattice, and Revolve.
Mark Foster is responsible for leading the APC and national accounts teams and overseeing the entire APC program. His specific responsibilities include strategic planning, compliance, budgeting, training coordination and management, program credentialing, and resource development. Foster has nearly 20 years of industry experience in sales, marketing and consultative business management. Prior to heading the APC team, he served as a regional manager and area director for Allergan Facial Aesthetics, where he successfully led multiple sales teams. In those roles, he was instrumental in leading a sales force expansion and launching several products and strategic marketing efforts.
