Dialogue and Development Workshops at Medical Spa Show 2025

Sunday programming has gotten a boost with four new sessions that tackle pressing issues, sales mastery, often-forgotten practice fundamentals and head-to-head treatment plans from top clinicians.

“We are so excited to change up our Sunday conference program education this year to focus on fun, informative options that come with the purchase of your registration featuring amazing faculty,” says AmSpa President and CSO, Cathy Christensen. “The Dialogue and Development Workshops feature two incredible half-day workshops from Terri Ross about how to elevate your sales skills and, for the first time, Front Desk Fundamentals developed by AmSpa’s very own director of education, Kirstie Jackson, to teach your team how to excel at the front desk, a critical aspect of medical spa success.

"Along with that, we have a fun and informative Clinician vs. Clinician track where two spectacular clinicians, like Julie Bass Kaplan, Kim Burke, Leslie Fletcher, and Dr. Sheila Barbarino face off head-to-head over a commonly seen patient case, providing their tactics for addressing it while the audience votes! Finally, the Bridging the Divide panels feature panels where practitioners and owners discuss some the most controversial topics in our industry. Again, this education is free with your registration; you definitely want to get a later flight out on Sunday to take advantage of all MSS Dialogue and Development Workshops have to offer!”

These new half-day intensives will take place on Sunday, April 13, and are included with your Medical Spa Show 2025 registration, so sign up today!
